With aging being a risk factor for all major diseases, what actions are best for our current health and the length of our lives? Are there specific foods we could be eating to live a longer and healthier life?  Are there specific ways of living we can incorporate for better quality of life? 

In this lecture, Dr. Julita Baker will share a scientific approach to improving healthspan and lifespan. We will delve into the research surrounding these topics, discuss solutions, and leave the presentation with pragmatic tips to bettering long term well-being. Healthy snack examples will be provided during the presentation.
